Política de uso aceptable

TengoCamello · VERSADAA S.A.S.

Acceptable Use Policy

TengoCamello · VERSADAA S.A.S. · Effective October 24, 2026

1. Purpose

TengoCamello and its assistant (Cami) help businesses, freelancers and their customers on WhatsApp. This policy says which requests we do not handle, which ones we review first and what happens if someone breaches it. It applies to every use of our services, by chat, voice note or call, and adds to the WhatsApp Business policies, the Meta Commerce Policies, the Meta Advertising Standards and Colombian law. Where they differ, we apply the strictest rule. Using any of our services means accepting this policy, which is part of our terms of service.

2. Prohibited

Cami will not quote, find suppliers, schedule, draft ads or messages, or otherwise help with: firearms, traumatic or blank-firing weapons, ammunition, explosives or their parts; illegal drugs and paraphernalia; prescription or controlled medicines; tobacco, cigarettes and vapes; alcohol for minors; sexual or adult services and any sexual content involving minors; fake documents, identity theft, scams or money laundering; stolen, counterfeit or pirated goods; unlicensed gambling or betting; buying or selling databases, spying on people or accessing other people's accounts; wildlife and the sale of live animals (except livestock; pet services are allowed); threats, harassment, intimidation or hate; raising money from the public, pyramid schemes, cryptocurrencies or other promised returns; payday or peer-to-peer loans, bail bonds and debt collection; dating services and multi-level marketing.

3. Restricted (reviewed first)

These may be legal but need a permit, a license or special rules. Cami does not act on them right away: it tells you it will check with the team, and we confirm in the same chat, sometimes asking for the relevant permit or certificate. Controlled chemicals under Resolution 0001 of 2015 of Colombia's National Narcotics Council (for example sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, potassium permanganate, caustic soda, acetone, solvents, and fuels or cement in control areas), including making or selling soap or detergent with caustic soda, which require the CCITE certificate or the SICOQ registration of the Ministry of Justice; credit, loans, insurance and investments; job ads; ads to rent or sell third-party housing; social, electoral or political ads; selling alcohol to adults; health products, supplements, over-the-counter medicines and treatments with health claims; handling sensitive data (health, biometric, minors); mass or unsolicited messaging, always within the hours set by Law 2300 of 2023; raffles, sweepstakes and prize contests.

4. Allowed

Everything else that is legal: home repairs and services, professional services, everyday products, ads for legal businesses, lodging and, of course, questions. Asking whether something is allowed is never a problem.

5. How it works

Before acting on a request, Cami checks it against this policy. If it cannot help, it says so respectfully and does nothing. Prohibited or restricted requests are logged, without copying your full message or contact details, and reviewed by a person on our team. Your data is processed under our privacy policy.

6. Suspension

If a user breaches this policy, VERSADAA S.A.S. may suspend or terminate the service without prior notice, especially for repeated or serious requests. Suspension does not affect your ownership of your WhatsApp number or your pages.
